A major part of my work with Benchmark Kitchens involved designing weekly promotional brochures that showcased the latest deals and seasonal offers available in-store. These brochures served as a crucial customer touchpoint, blending informative layouts with an elevated aesthetic that reflected the brand’s premium positioning.

Each week brought new challenges—from highlighting specific kitchen collections or finishes to promoting limited-time discounts and bundle offers. I developed a flexible design system that allowed for quick turnarounds while maintaining a consistently high standard of visual presentation. Careful attention was given to layout hierarchy, product photography, and clear call-to-action elements to guide the customer journey.

In addition to brochures, I created a wide range of supporting materials across print and digital, including point-of-sale displays, shelf talkers, email graphics, and homepage banners. Every piece was designed to work cohesively together, reinforcing the brand’s message of quality, craftsmanship, and value at every stage of the in-store and online experience.

Beyond day-to-day retail communications, I also led the creative direction for Benchmark’s annual company conference—developing the full event branding, including visual identity, stage graphics, printed collateral, digital presentations, and signage. The goal was to align the internal culture with the external brand, delivering a professional and inspiring experience for team members across the business.

The result was a design system that helped Benchmark stand out in a competitive retail environment—clear, compelling, and consistently on-brand.
